Orders are processed within 48 hours to ensure accuracy of your product. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. At Nao we maintain a very high level of quality assurance and our products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied so we guarantee our products 100%. If you receive any item that is incorrect or defective, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products with the exception of original art pieces. However, in the event that there is an issue with any order, please contact us immediately and we will make sure that it is resolved accordingly.
